Mobility-as-a-Service Pilot research

Goal
The goal of this project consisted of collecting and analysing users’ experiences regarding several Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) Pilot apps. These apps were designed for specific cities in the Netherlands, the observations to collect the data were conducting in its designated cities.

My contribution
I worked full-time as a research assistant for the lab to collect
participants, conduct the majority of the observations, and
to help analyse the results.
Main learnings
Conducting in-the-field research through observations. Observing and asking relevant deepening questions to the participants while keeping a detailed log. Afterwards, analysing the results. During the research project I worked individually for the majority of the project.
